Job summary

You will travel across the county; access to travel is mandatory. The Digital Health team delivers a range of digital services to support direct care across Lincolnshire.

Qualifications

• Experience providing digital support to patients or staff.
• Ability to onboard users to new digital health systems.
• Experience training patients on remote monitoring devices.
• Willingness to travel county-wide.
• Knowledge of IT systems and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Provide digital support ahead of virtual programmes.
• Lead onboarding for the virtual ward.
• Train patients on remote monitoring devices.
• Attend patient homes and various bases county-wide.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic records.
• Attend mandatory training and development opportunities.
• Record patient information in the medical record on SystmONE.
