With 3–8 years in visual design in advertising or tech, you’ll execute ideas quickly and precisely, balancing strong design fundamentals with curious, solution-focused thinking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of visual design experience in advertising or tech.
• Portfolio showing strong design fundamentals and problem-solving.
• Ability to make assets work through photo manipulation.
• Curious, critical thinker with strong opinions on advertising.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with performance-based results in campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on designer collaborating with Creative leadership and Growth/Content teams.
• Create advertising assets from start to finish across production.
• Focus on advertising and performance marketing with potential to touch all creative outputs.
• Contribute ideas and help refine others’ ideas.
• Define growth marketing ad strategies and real-time experiments based on metrics.
