Job summary

FOX News Media in New York seeks a VP of Digital Growth and Product Marketing to drive digital revenue beyond linear channels. You will own monetization of casual gaming, testing new digital lines of business, and GTM for fresh features across website, apps, and CTV.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Ad Sales, Editorial, and Data teams to optimize engagement, registrations, and lifetime value as the Fox News ecosystem expands.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in product marketing, digital growth, or lifecycle marketing at a major media network or high-scale digital product company.
• Experience with casual gaming development and management, including revenue and/or P&L ownership.
• Experience running ad-monetized programs for features, services or games.
• Deep understanding of digital media publishing, video-on-demand, CTV applications and modern content consumption.
• Proven track record launching complex digital product features (such as personalization engines) to millions of users.
• Advanced knowledge of modern marketing automation platforms, CDPs, and CRM orchestration tools.
• Strong background balancing user experience with monetization goals, including digital commerce and affiliate revenue.
• Expert use of quantitative insights, cohort analysis, and A/B testing to guide growth decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue growth and rollout of the casual gaming effort for Fox News Media.
• Lead testing and scaling of new digital lines of business, including premium subscriptions and new ad models.
• Identify and implement platform monetization opportunities across website, mobile apps, and CTV to maximize ARPU.
• Monitor competitive landscape and pilot audience growth and revenue initiatives.
• Own end-to-end GTM for Fox News Games and feature rollouts.
• Develop GTM strategies for Vertical Video experiences and For You personalization.
• Partner with product teams to translate capabilities into consumer value propositions.
• Scale a robust digital commerce strategy with affiliate and direct sales partnerships.
• Collaborate with Ad Sales to integrate sponsored experiences into new products.
• Evaluate external technology partners to accelerate commerce capabilities.
• Oversee data-driven audience segmentation and lifecycle messaging.
• Work with data teams to reduce churn and boost retention for Fox One subscriptions.
