Job summary

Fox News Media is seeking a Manager, Digital Growth and Product Marketing to lead day-to-day campaigns across our digital platforms, drive audience growth, retention, and revenue through innovative GTM and product marketing for new features.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Ad Sales, Editorial, and Data teams to optimize engagement, registrations, and monetization, with a focus on measurable KPIs and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing, digital growth or CRM management within a digital media high-scale consumer tech company.
• Direct operational experience using modern CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), web/app analytics platforms, and A/B testing software.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple campaign rollouts simultaneously.
• Comfort working with user data, tracking performance KPIs, and converting test results into optimization tactics.

Responsibilities

• Campaign and Feature Execution: Build and deploy promotional campaigns across owned digital channels to drive user awareness and adoption of key product features.
• CRM & Messaging Operations: Set up, test, and schedule daily and automated communications targeting specific user segments to boost registration and retention.
• Monetization & Commerce Support: Coordinate affiliate links, sponsored features, and advertiser-driven integrations in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Testing & Analytics Tracking: Run A/B tests to optimize campaign conversion and track engagement, registration funnels, and churn metrics for senior leadership.
