Zymo Research Corporation in California is seeking a Digital Channel Manager to lead strategy, performance, and optimization of our digital growth channels. You will own paid media strategy, paid search, SEO/AEO, and provide insights across organic channels including email and social.

This player-manager role requires setting strategy, guiding execution, diagnosing performance, and developing a direct report while staying close to execution to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital channel strategy or growth marketing.
• Hands-on Google Ads knowledge with paid search experience.
• Experience managing paid media budgets and ROI metrics.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead a direct report and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience using dashboards and marketing performance data.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and performance for paid digital channels (Google Ads, paid social, YouTube, display, retargeting).
• Lead SEO and AEO strategy in partnership with web, content, and communications teams.
• Coordinate tracking across GA4, GTM, UTMs, pixels, landing pages, and CRM handoffs.
• Provide channel insights, reporting, and optimization recommendations.
• Manage one direct report; align with Creative, Web, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Sales, and Communications.
