Zymo Research Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Channel Strategy & Performance Marketing to lead strategy, performance, and optimization of our core digital growth channels. You will own paid media strategy, paid search performance, SEO/AEO, channel insights, reporting, optimization, and budget recommendations, while guiding related organic channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building digital growth and performance marketing strategies.
• Hands-on Google Ads, search architecture, bidding, and optimization.
• Ability to set strategy, allocate budgets, and guide channel mix.
• Experience budgeting with ROI, CPA, CPL, ROAS metrics.
• Strong analytical thinking to diagnose performance issues across channels.
• Knowledge of how paid and organic channels align in the customer journey.
• Experience using dashboards and reports to guide leadership decisions.
• Clear communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and performance across channels including Google Ads, paid social, YouTube, display, and retargeting.
• Lead SEO/AEO strategy with content and web teams to improve visibility.
• Provide channel insights, reporting, and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with analytics, CRM, and web teams to ensure reliable data tracking (GA4, GTM, UTMs).
• Lead budgeting, bidding, and campaign architecture; set testing plans and performance targets.
• Manage at least one direct report; coach cross-functional teams to align with goals.
• Translate data into actionable guidance for senior leadership.
