Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Digital Coach to lead digital fulfillment operations (Online Pickup & Delivery) and a growing team of digital associates. You will own end-to-end processes—from picking to delivery staging—while coaching and developing a high-performing workforce, upholding safety and quality standards.

You will champion Walmart’s values, drive continuous learning, and partner with store leadership to optimize operations and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory leadership in retail/digital fulfillment or similar
• Strong communication and prioritization skills
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage shifts

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and development of digital associates
• Oversee daily digital fulfillment workflows (picking, staging, dispensing, delivery) and ensure targets
• Set shift goals, monitor OTP/FTPR/dispense times, and drive continuous improvement
• Enforce policy compliance, safety standards, and ethical practices
• Foster an inclusive culture and recognize team achievements
