Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Digital Fulfillment Specialist who will drive the growth and flawless execution of our digital fulfillment programs across curbside, Instacart, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and EZ Cater. You will own order speed, accuracy, and presentation while partnering with store leadership to keep product availability high.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail or eCommerce, strong attention to detail, and basic tech skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment or guest service.
• Strong attention to detail for managing multiple orders.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Basic technology proficiency with scanners and order systems.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of all digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners for orders.
• Ensure on-time completion and communicate substitutions or changes.
• Partner with departments to maintain stock, quality and merchandising for digital fulfillment.
• Stage and verify orders for accuracy and presentation for pickup or delivery.
• Track metrics and guest feedback; share insights with leadership.
