Job summary

The Fresh Market in Fort Myers is seeking a Digital Fulfillment Specialist to drive growth and flawless execution of our digital programs across Curbside, Instacart, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and EZ Cater.

You will own speed to pick, order accuracy, and alignment with store leadership to ensure product availability and presentation, while delivering the same high-quality experience as in-store guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, or guest service.
• Ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest and team communication.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Basic tech proficiency with handheld devices and order systems.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of all digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain consistency across all digital platforms and coordinate with internal and third-party partners.
• Ensure on-time order completion and effective substitutions/changes communication.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain in-stock positions and quality for digital orders.
• Stage, package, and verify orders for accuracy and presentation before pickup/delivery.
• Track order metrics and guest feedback to drive improvements.
• Engage guests with friendly, helpful service inside and outside the store.
• Support cashiers and manage frontend guest flow to ensure frictionless checkout.
