The Fresh Market in Lexington, KY is seeking a Digital Fulfillment Specialist to drive growth and flawless execution of digital orders across curbside, Instacart, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and EZ Cater. You’ll ensure speed, accuracy, and presentation while coordinating with store leadership and departments.

You will own order metrics, substitutions, and communicate proactively with guests. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and maintaining product availability and quality for online guests,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, or guest service.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple orders.
• Excellent communication with guests and team.
• Ability to prioritize workload under tight deadlines.
• Basic tech proficiency including scanners and order systems.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of all digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain consistency across digital platforms and coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners.
• Ensure on-time order completion and communicate substitutions or changes.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain in-stock positions and product quality for digital fulfillment.
• Stage and verify orders for accuracy and presentation before pickup/delivery.
• Track order metrics and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage guests with a friendly approach throughout the store.
• Support cashiers and manage frontend guest flow to ensure smooth checkout.
