Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Digital Fulfillment Specialist to drive growth and flawless execution of its digital fulfillment programs across curbside, Instacart, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and EZ Cater. You will own speed, accuracy, and presentation while coordinating with store leadership to maintain product availability and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, or guest service.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for guest and team interactions.
• Ability to prioritize workload while meeting tight deadlines.
• Basic technology proficiency, including mobile devices, handheld scanners, and order management systems.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of all digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain consistency across digital platforms, coordinating with internal teams and partners.
• Ensure on-time completion and speed-to-pick, with substitutions communicated proactively.
• Partner with departments to ensure in-stock positions and product quality for digital fulfillment.
• Stage, package, and verify orders for accuracy and presentation before pickup or delivery.
• Track order metrics and guest feedback; share insights with leadership.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach at the front-end and store.
• Direct cashiers and support to minimize backups for frictionless checkout.
