Qualifications

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtual appointments.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
