Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically, has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Vietnamese.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on deposit, loan products and digital tools.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients efficiently.
