Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build strong relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and digital channels in Hood River, Oregon.

You will assess banking needs, educate clients on products, and process accounts and basic transactions with a digital-first mindset. You’ll collaborate with branch teams to deliver exceptional service, expand client relationships, and proactively educate customers on digital self-service options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging and communicating effectively.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies to meet financial needs and enhance the client experience.
