Job summary

U.S. Bank in Sherwood, OR seeks a Relationship Banker to build trusted client relationships across in-person, appointment-based, and digital channels. You will assess financial needs, explain deposit and loan options, open accounts, and support customers through digital self-service tools.

You will collaborate with branch teammates, stay informed about bank policies, and promote digital products while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements, including NMLS registration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than four years of retail banking experience.
• Experience building client relationships and proactive outreach.
• Familiarity with digital banking products and self-service tech.
• Ability to explain deposits and loan options clearly.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.

Responsibilities
