Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels, guiding customers through deposit and loan options with a digital-first approach.

You will open consumer and business accounts, process service requests, and educate clients on available digital products while collaborating with branch teammates to deliver an exceptional, accurate client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically four to five years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures and retail products.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and submits credit applications.
• Collaborates with branch team members to serve clients with accuracy and efficiency.
