Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through in-person, by-appointment, and digital channels.
• Open new consumer and small business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit/loan products and digital self-service options.
• Provide an optimal client experience with accurate processing of transactions.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients.
