U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and digital channels. You will assess banking needs, open accounts, process requests, and educate clients on digital products while building trust and delivering accurate service.

This role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong communication, and the ability to recommend appropriate banking solutions that fit individual goals and needs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsabilidades

• Builds relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
• Leverages available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and serve our clients with operational excellence and accuracy.
