Qualifications

• Strong ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with using and explaining digital banking products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through multiple channels (in-person, by appointment, virtual).
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Promote digital products and self-service options to clients to meet financial needs with a digital-first mindset.
