Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for client needs by engaging with customers.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Maintains knowledge of bank policies and support systems.
• Adheres to NMLS requirements and conducts background checks when required.
