Job summary

U.S. Bank in Reno, NV is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted client relationships across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.

You will assess banking needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and tailor solutions to meet their goals while adopting a digital-first mindset. You will travel to branch clusters, cover traditional branches and in-store locations, and support proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience and handles basic transactions.
• Travel to defined branch clusters as assigned; mileage and drive time paid beyond regular home branch commute.
