Job summary

U.S. Bank in Henderson, NV is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted client relationships across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels, providing guidance on deposit and loan products and tailoring solutions to each customer’s goals.

You will open accounts, process requests, promote digital self-service tools, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver exceptional service while maintaining compliance with NMLS/SAFE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
