Qualifications

• Must be registered with NMLS (S.A.F.E. Act) and pass background/credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage with clients to assess banking needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service banking options.
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver exceptional service.
