Job summary

U.S. Bank is hiring a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across multiple channels—in person, by appointment, and virtually—providing trusted financial guidance and promoting digital solutions. You will identify client needs, explain bank products, and open accounts while collaborating with branch teams to deliver excellent service.

The role requires strong communication, several years of customer service and sales experience, and adherence to NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four to five years of customer service experience.
• Four to five years of sales experience.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services and digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up, and learns clients’ financial needs.
• Assesses customers’ banking needs and educates clients on deposit and loan products and digital services.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Leverages digital products to enhance the client experience and cross-sell solutions.
