You will assess needs, open accounts, process requests, and build durable relationships through proactive outreach with a digital-first mindset. The role requires NMLS registration, background and credit checks, and strong bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak business-level Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process requests.
• Educate clients on deposits, loans, and digital self-service options.
• Identify client needs and propose suitable banking solutions.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to serve clients accurately and efficiently.
• Engage in proactive outreach to foster lasting relationships.
