Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who will engage clients across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to advise on banking needs and digital products.

You will open new accounts and educate customers on available services, building trust and long-term relationships to deliver exceptional experiences. The role emphasizes a digital-first mindset, strong communication, and collaboration with branch teams, with a salary range aligned to US retail banking roles and a sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients across channels to provide counseling and solutions.
• Assess customers’ banking needs and explain deposit and loan products.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver exceptional service.
