You will open accounts, process transactions, and educate clients on digital tools, all while building trusting relationships and identifying solutions aligned with their goals. The role requires NMLS registration and adherence to related policies, with emphasis on proactive outreach, accurate information

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail banking experience is typically under four years or involves related training.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to engage proactively with clients and follow up effectively.
• Familiarity with digital banking products and self-service tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, or virtual channels.
• Provide financial guidance and educate clients on deposit and loan products to meet goals.
• Open new accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Identify customer needs and suggest digital-first solutions for convenience and efficiency.
• Collaborate with branch team and partners to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Stay updated on bank policies and support systems to maintain accuracy and compliance.
