Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel with a digital-first mindset.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend solutions.
