Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in the Kansas/Olathe area to help customers achieve their financial goals. You will greet clients, open accounts, process transactions, and educate customers on deposit and loan products with a digital-first mindset.

You’ll build trusted relationships through proactive outreach, thoughtful questions, and clear guidance, collaborating with branch teammates to deliver an exceptional client experience. A high school diploma is required, with typically <4 years of retail banking experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on emerging digital products and services to meet their financial needs.
