Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Assess customer needs and recommend deposit and loan products.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital banking options and self-service tools.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and support systems.
• Collaborate with branch team and partners to serve clients effectively.
