Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients across channels to provide financial counsel.
• Identifies client needs and presents deposit and loan solutions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital banking products and self-service options.
• Collaborates with branch team to deliver operational excellence.
• Complies with NMLS requirements and related background/credit checks.
