InTouch Credit Union in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking a full-time Member Relationship Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between members and the Credit Union, delivering a consultative financial experience both in-person and virtually.

You will engage with members to identify financial needs and propose tailored solutions addressing immediate and long-term goals, while expanding wallet share and embracing digital-first banking.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of recent customer service, retail, or sales experience.
• Experience in a financial institution preferred; hospitality is a plus.
• All offers contingent on credit check, pre-employment drug screen, and fingerprints.
• Familiarity with financial regulations such as BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, USA PATRIOT Act.
• MLO registration with NMLS required.
• Attendance and promptness; ability to work across branches.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary liaison between members and the Credit Union to provide a consultative financial experience in-person and virtually.
• Identify members’ financial needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Support revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales goals and promoting digital banking tools.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and provide superior member service across channels.
