Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to build and manage client relationships across in-person, appointment-based, and virtual channels, with a digital-first mindset.

You will assess banking needs and recommend deposit and loan solutions while educating clients on self-service digital tools. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of retail banking products, and the ability to open accounts and process applications.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies to meet their financial needs.
