Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, delivering expert counsel with a digital-first mindset.

You will build strong relationships, educate clients on deposit and loan products, open consumer and business accounts, and collaborate with branch teams to meet customers’ financial needs with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service tools.

Responsibilities
