Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 3–4 years of job-related, retail banking experience.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs and digital channel preferences.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service technologies.
• Collaborate with branch team members to best serve clients with accuracy and efficiency.
