Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
