Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant in Kansas to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels, providing trusted financial guidance with a digital-first experience.

You will identify banking needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, open new accounts, process transactions, and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver exceptional service. National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration is required, along with background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• NMLS registration is required and background/credit checks will be performed.
• Familiarity with consumer and business banking products and digital services.

Responsibilities
