Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Branch Manager in Worcester, MA to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals. You’ll coach staff, build a diverse talent pipeline, and act as a brand ambassador in the local community.

You will drive branch performance, leverage digital platforms, and ensure operational excellence while focusing on customer-centric service and growth opportunities. 40-hour weeks with potential weekend/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Leadership experience with coaching to drive sales and service
• 4 years sales management in Retail or Branch Banking
• Track record of meeting sales goals in a profit & loss environment
• Commitment to exceptional customer experience
• Strong partnerships with community & civic organizations
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements including background checks and NMLS
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; retail banking; talent sourcing & assessment
