Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to build strong relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, delivering tailored financial guidance while promoting digital banking options.

You will assess customers' banking needs, open accounts, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while complying with regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or an equivalent mix of training and experience.
• NMLS registration required for mortgage-related activities per SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Open new consumer and business accounts; complete service requests and submit credit applications.
• Proactively educate clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems to serve clients accurately.
