Job summary

U.S. Bank is hiring a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels, delivering trusted financial guidance and promoting deposit and loan products.

You will open consumer and business accounts, process service requests, and educate clients on digital tools while collaborating with branch teams to ensure accurate service and operational excellence, complying with NMLS and SAFE Act requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services.
• Collaborates with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
