Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Experience participating in sales campaigns/promotions.
• Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up; learn customer financial needs and channel preferences.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts; completes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products/services and leverages resources to optimize the client experience.
