Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of retail banking experience or related training.
• NMLS registration is required under S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service banking options.
• Provides an accurate, compliant client experience and collaborates with branch team.
