Qualifications

• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services and suggests solutions based on goals.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Promotes digital products and self-service technologies to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborates with branch team members to deliver excellent customer service and operational accuracy.
