Job summary

HonorBuilt LLC is seeking a Digital Field Service Technician in the San Antonio, TX region to install Point-of-Sale and other restaurant hardware in on-site environments, and to perform wellness visits and routine maintenance.

The role is full-time and involves daily driving to cover multiple restaurants. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability coverage, a 401K, a company vehicle, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Basic Windows OS and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid REAL ID-compliant Driver's License.
• Ability to pass Criminal Background Checks.
• Ability to pass pre-hire drug testing and on-going random drug testing.
• Must have experience working with basic hand tools and drills.

Responsibilities

• Install Point-of-Sale and other hardware in restaurant or retail environments.
• Perform wellness visits and maintenance checks.
• Daily driving to cover all restaurants in the market.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment in the field.

Our team is looking for an individual to fill the position of Digital Field Service Technician in the San Antonio, TXregion. The position ranges from installation for Point-of-Sale and other hardware in a restaurant or retail environment along with Wellness Visits and maintenance checks. The position is full-time.

Qualifications:

• Some weeks it requires daily driving to cover all restaurants in a certain market
• Basic Windows OS and Microsoft Office knowledge Technical troubleshooting abilities
• ValidREAL ID-compliant Driver's License
• Ability to pass Criminal Background Checks
• Ability to pass pre-hire drug testing and on-going random drug testing
• Must have experience working with basic hand tools and drills

Bonus Qualifications:

• Restaurant or related customer service field experience
• Point of SaleSystem Exposure/Experience
• CAT-5 cabling experience
• Knowledge of configuring a network system
