Job summary

UHFCU is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to lead the digital member journey across online and mobile channels. You will develop and execute a market‑leading digital strategy that drives product adoption and enhances member relationships.

The role requires strategic leadership, hands‑on management of the DEX team, and strong collaboration with internal teams and vendors to ensure reliable, secure digital services aligned with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in financial services, digital banking, or a related field.
• Experience managing digital banking platforms, vendors, budgets, and technology implementations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicable digital analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and strategic planning for the Digital Experience department.
• Create and implement an annual Digital Experience strategy and roadmap.
• Manage the annual DEX budget and financial forecasting.
• Provide bi‑weekly updates and monthly reports on DEX performance.
• Lead digital banking projects from planning to execution and staff training.
• Ensure efficient processing of online deposit and loan applications and resolve member concerns swiftly.
