Job summary

University of Hawaii Federal Credit Union’s Digital Experience Manager leads the digital member journey, shaping strategy for online and mobile banking, payments, and authentication, while guiding the DEX team. This exempt role combines strategic leadership with risk management to ensure secure, user-friendly digital services that support UHFCU’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred in business, IT, finance, or related field.
• Five+ years in financial services or digital banking with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of online and mobile banking platforms and security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and strategic planning for the Digital Experience department.
• Create and implement an annual Digital Experience strategy and roadmap.
• Manage the annual DEX budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
• Provide bi‑weekly updates and monthly reports to senior leadership.
• Lead digital banking projects from planning to execution and staff training.
