Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Product Management, Digital Experience, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in digital experience, product marketing, customer experience, or related fields.
• Experience working within a matrixed organization.
• Position may require up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Define SHI One value proposition for key audiences (prospects and customers).
• Identify high-impact use cases and establish adoption.
• Align SHI One with the customer journey and marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with Product and Digital teams to improve experiences.
• Lead pilot initiatives and test-and-learn programs.
• Gather feedback to support product enhancements and roadmap prioritization.
