SHI International Corp. is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to shape SHI One within the customer journey, partnering with Integrated Marketing, Digital, Product, and Sales to define value and adoption.

You will translate platform capabilities into customer value, drive adoption, and align SHI One with go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and demand generation while tracking engagement and outcomes across segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Product Management, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in digital experience, product marketing, or customer experience.
• Experience in a matrixed organization and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define SHI One value proposition for key audiences and use cases.
• Develop adoption and engagement strategies across target audiences.
• Integrate SHI One into go-to-market campaigns and demand generation.
• Establish baseline metrics for SHI One usage and progression.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Digital teams to align experiences.
