Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Experience with customer onboarding, enablement, adoption management, or lifecycle programs preferred.
• Proficiency with Power BI, CRM, or analytics platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and adoption for SHI One and related digital platforms.
• Develop success plans aligning SHI capabilities with customer goals.
• Manage relationships with customer administrators and procurement teams.
