Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Manager, Cross Category eCommerce in the United States to lead global site merchandising, optimize the digital conversion funnel, and elevate the customer journey across devices. You will mentor two digital specialists and partner with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable top-line revenue.
Leveraging analytics (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Looker) and SEO practices, you will own promotional strategies and site discovery, ensuring a frictionless shopping
Formación
- 5–7+ years in e-commerce, site merchandising, or digital business management.
- Proven track record of driving online sales through site merchandising strategies.
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making.
- Leadership experience managing a small team of specialists.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute a global site merchandising strategy to maximize online sales.
- Directly manage two digital specialists and oversee daily execution.
- Architect end-to-end promotional content and navigation strategies.
- Audit live site search, PLP performance, and navigation across devices.
- Own the end-to-end conversion funnel and drive improvements via testing.
